Short-cycle hot press for Furniture
Huibo melamine short cycle press line is used for the hot laminating impregnated paper on MDF, HDF, Particleboard, Chipboard, and Plywood. The texture on the surface of the plate is determined by the texture on the surface of the stainless steel template. It supports the processing of a variety of finishing materials and patterns, and can realize the mass production of thousands of patterns such as wood grain, stone grain, geometric grain, cloth grain, etc. It can also adapt to substrates of different thicknesses (2-25mm) and specifications to meet the personalized needs of customized furniture.
Short-cycle hot press for flooring
Huibo is good at manufacturing high-pressure laminate flooring press machine. The unit pressure is up to 100 kg/cm2 which is for producing deep embossing and 3D synchronous flooring surface.
Short-cycle hot press for Engineered Veneer
Short-cycle hot press engineered veneer is a highly efficient wood veneer processing technology. The core is to achieve a fast and firm bond between the engineered veneer and the substrate by precisely controlling the hot pressing parameters and optimizing the pre-treatment and post-treatment processes, while preserving the texture of the engineered veneer to the greatest extent.
Short Cycle Hot Press For CDF/HMR
Higher pressure is required for production, and a pressure of at least 2400T is recommended .CDF bathroom partition board has the advantages of moisture resistance, stain resistance, wear resistance and high cost performance.
Short Cycle Hot Press For Non-Woven Fabric
Printed non-woven fabrics are compounded with particleboard and plywood and used for wardrobe back panels, cabinet side panels, furniture drawer inner walls, etc., to replace traditional veneer or melamine paper. They are lower in cost and have certain breathability, reducing moisture accumulation inside furniture.
The multi-layer hot press is equipped with an automatic board feeding rack to achieve double-sided pressing, greatly improving production efficiency.

How can I know who is a good manufactuer of press machine?

To work press machine, you need one boiler to supply hot oil for heating. Besides the press machine itself needs different stainless steel press plates for making different designs.
Should I choose semi-model or fully automatic model?
The fully automatic line has cleaning unit, auto board handling system, auto trimming and auto stacking pallet. You can choose according if you need these functions.
