Melamine press machine is for direct hot lamination of melamine paper or phenolic film on wood-based panels such as MDF, HDF, Particleboard, Chipboard, or Plywood. Different pressure will press out different depth textures from flat to embossed. The surface different designs depend on stainless steel templates which are installed inside the melamine press machine.
Melamine press machine can also work for the phenolic film on plywood lamination. It works the same principle as melamine lamination. But it requires very good quality plywood surface finishing.

Plan D builds on Plan C by adding the belt-conveyor turn-over ands stand chain cooling line , primarily for cooling the laminates. Residual heat between finished laminates can cause them to warp, ultimately affecting furniture quality. To prevent overheating before stacking, a chain-connected cooler is used to cool the laminates. This automated production line requires only one operator, significantly reducing production costs and enabling fully automated production.

PlanE of the automated short-cycle press production line is based on Plan D, but adds equipment for cleaning the raw paperboard on the feed side. The cleaning unit consists of a ground roller conveyor, a roller lift, a pusher for separating the paperboard sheet by sheet, and a double-roller scrubber for cleaning both sides of the raw paperboard. This fully automated equipment saves workers time on cleaning the machinery and paperboard, making it the most efficient solution.

Containers Delivery
The short cycle press delivery requires a special container to load the main press machine frame due to the over height. Usually, it is an open-top container, but when the frame is too heavy, then will require the flat rack container.

How can I choose the correct pressure?
For particle board lamination is from 20~50 kg/cm2, for MDF embossing pressure is from 50~80 kg/cm2, for laminate flooring is from 60~110 kg/cm2
