Plan D for automatic production line mainly includes vacuum carrier loader, automatic feeding table,main hot press machine ,unloader,auto trimmer,belt conveyor turn-over,stand chain cooling line ,aligner conveyor ,Vacuum carrier stacker.This is the most popular auto model.
Plan D builds on Plan C by adding the belt-conveyor turn-over ands stand chain cooling line , primarily for cooling the laminates. Residual heat between finished laminates can cause them to warp, ultimately affecting furniture quality. To prevent overheating before stacking, a chain-connected cooler is used to cool the laminates. This automated production line requires only one operator, significantly reducing production costs and enabling fully automated production.

How can I know who is a good manufactuer of press machine?

To work press machine, you need one boiler to supply hot oil for heating. Besides the press machine itself needs different stainless steel press plates for making different designs.
Should I choose semi-model or fully automatic model?
The fully automatic line has cleaning unit, auto board handling system, auto trimming and auto stacking pallet. You can choose according if you need these functions.
How can I choose the correct pressure?
For particle board lamination is from 20~50 kg/cm2, for MDF embossing pressure is from 50~80 kg/cm2, for laminate flooring is from 60~110 kg/cm2
